Most ceiling rafters aren't sized to act as floor joists, so this is definitely a "call in the pros" type of project. We'll make sure the plan is safe and structurally sound, check how the new space affects airflow in the attic, confirm whether your HVAC can handle the extra load, and figure out what changes are needed for insulation. If the space is workable, we can turn that unused square footage into a fully livable room – safely and up to code.
