How Does NIB Decide What Projects To Take On?

Short Answer: Carefully & With Intention: Long: Here's How We Evaluate Projects For A Solid Fit

Blue question mark on a pink background

TL;DR: Honestly, we take on projects around Spokane Metro where there’s a good fit on both sides. That means working with folks who value quality, respect the process, and are ready to move forward within a realistic timeline. We also stay focused on projects we can manage well – close to home, properly scheduled, and set up for long-term success.

When you call about an interior home remodeling project, we ask: “Are we a good fit?” Being careful about projects has been our success since 2011. The best projects are about alignment – shared expectations, respect for the process, understanding that quality takes time.

Fit Must Always Come First

A good project starts with a good relationship. We gravitate to folks who are respectful, communicative, and understand remodeling is collaborative. Our goal: steady, professional, low-stress projects.

Valuing The Work — Not Just The Price

If you want cheap and fast without caring about quality, we’re not the right fit. We work best with homeowners who see projects as investments. When quality and durability matter, projects run smoothly and results last.

Timing, Availability, & Location

We take on limited projects to stay fully present and manage each job properly. Location matters – we prefer 25–30 minute drives to stay on-site consistently. We serve Spokane Metro, but farther distances make management harder.

Wrapping Up

We’re intentional about projects because it leads to better experiences and results. When fit is right, the process runs smoother, stress stays lower, work lasts. Give us a call.
